Unique Learning System Train the Trainer

Unique Learning System Train the Trainer is a strategic session designed to train expert instructors who then train other service providers within their district. This model expands an organization's training capacity, ensures consistency, and leverages internal expertise. This session focuses on solution implementation as well as adult learning principles and facilitation skills. Become a Certified Trainer upon the completion of this training.

Our training framework provides opportunities for participants to observe, explore with hands-on activities, and engage in implementation discussions specific to their classroom needs.

Participants will:

• Understand key principles of adult learning and communication strategies to provide effective training
• Explore effective facilitation techniques to guide engaging, learner-centered training experiences
• Gain practical strategies to deliver and apply the Unique Learning System Essentials Phase One training content
• Gain practical strategies to deliver and apply the Unique Learning System Essentials Phase Two training content
• Learn methods to guide goal setting and provide support based on implementation data
• Locate the provided training materials and apply them in the planning of upcoming training sessions
