- Select a Learning Target focused on instructional planning, evidence-based best practices or assessing student performance
- Develop a step-by-step Action Plan with strategies, resources and measures of success
- Implement the Action Plan and collect evidence of progress and professional growth
- Reflect on implementation, including successes and areas for improvement
- Refine the Action Plan to strengthen ongoing Everway integration and instructional practice
