Polaris Essentials
Polaris Essentials is a comprehensive training designed to help participants take the next steps from onboarding and setup to deeper understanding and application into daily instructional practice.
Our training framework provides opportunities for participants to observe, explore with hands-on activities, and engage in implementation discussions specific to their classroom needs.
Participants will:
- Synthesize student data and generate present levels, annual goals, and aids and supports
- Finalize the IEP and review IEP and goal status in order to implement instruction
- Manage data, track progress and inform instruction with data collection and reporting tools
Instructional Coaching
Collaborate with Everway facilitators to design effective instructional plans, support the implementation of evidence-based best practices, and assess student performance by integrating Everway solutions and meeting the unique needs of learners.
