Polaris Essentials
Polaris Essentials is a self-paced learning experience designed to help participants take the next steps from onboarding and setup to deeper understanding and application into daily instructional practice.
Our training framework provides opportunities for participants to observe, explore with hands-on activities, and engage in implementation discussions specific to their classroom needs.
Participants will:
- Address the needs of the whole child
- Identify target skills, accommodations, and modifications needed for student success
- Review auto-generated strengths and needs to write your Present Levels of Performance
- Collaborate to ensure goals are SMART
- Personalize goals and align them to state standards
- Deliver planned services and supports, guided by up-to-date student data and IEP timelines
- Progress monitor to implement with fidelity
- Analyze data to evaluate the student’s progress
- Prepare reports for sharing throughout the IEP process to demonstrate progress
Instructional Coaching
Collaborate with Everway facilitators to design effective instructional plans, support the implementation of evidence-based best practices, and assess student performance by integrating Everway solutions and meeting the unique needs of learners.
