Positivity Essentials
Positivity Essentials is a live comprehensive training designed to help participants take the next steps from onboarding and setup to deeper understanding and application into daily instructional practice.
Our training framework provides opportunities for participants to observe, explore with hands-on activities, and engage in implementation discussions specific to their classroom needs.
Participants will:
- Identify and customize proactive strategies to support classroom and individual student needs
- Utilize our On-Demand panel to support behavior management, increase engagement and track behavior
- Track behavior progress and review reports
- Complete a behavior profile and analyze observations and descriptors to prioritize behavior targets
- Select and create individualized strategies to support desired, prosocial behavior and decrease interfering, problematic behavior
- Review and respond to behavior data to develop a systematic intervention cycle
Instructional Coaching
Collaborate with Everway facilitators to design effective instructional plans, support the implementation of evidence-based best practices, and assess student performance by integrating Everway solutions and meeting the unique needs of learners.
