Polaris + Unique Learning System Essentials
Polaris + Unique Learning System Essentials is a live comprehensive training designed to help participants take the next steps from onboarding and setup to deeper understanding and application into daily instructional practice.
Our training framework provides opportunities for participants to observe, explore with hands-on activities, and engage in implementation discussions specific to their classroom needs.
Participants will:
- Utilize Unique Learning System and Polaris to establish student needs and gather baseline data
- Start and develop the IEP with data-driven suggestions as a collaborative team
- Finalize the IEP and review IEP and goal status to drive the instructional cycle
- Review units, lessons and activities to plan goal- and standard-based, differentiated instruction that meets unique learning needs
- Build enrichment and extension opportunities with additional resources
- Manage data, track progress, and inform instruction with data collection and reporting tools
Instructional Coaching
Collaborate with Everway facilitators to design effective instructional plans, support the implementation of evidence-based best practices, and assess student performance by integrating Everway solutions and meeting the unique needs of learners.
