Equatio Train the Trainer
Equatio Train the Trainer is a strategic session designed to train expert instructors who then train other service providers within their district. This model expands an organization's training capacity, ensures consistency, and leverages internal expertise. This session focuses on solution implementation as well as adult learning principles and facilitation skills. Become a Certified Trainer upon the completion of this training.
Our training framework provides opportunities for participants to observe, explore with hands-on activities, and engage in implementation discussions specific to their classroom needs.
Participants will:
- Implement the Equatio toolbar features to make math digital, editable, and accessible
- Explore the functionality of the Equatio toolbar for math instruction, creation, and integration in multiple platforms and levels of complexity
- Connect the principles of Universal Design for Learning and strategies to meet the needs of all learners
- Understand key principles of adult learning and communication strategies to provide effective training
- Gain practical strategies to deliver and apply the Equatio Essentials training content
Instructional Coaching
Collaborate with Everway facilitators to design effective instructional plans, support the implementation of evidence-based best practices, and assess student performance by integrating Everway solutions and meeting the unique needs of learners.
