Introduction

Welcome to the Inspire Administrator Implementation Guide. The guide does not need to be completed in a single session; you are welcome to pause and return at any time to fit your schedule and learning needs. Administrators who actively engage with the practice opportunities, interactive activities, and reflection prompts will gain the greatest benefit from the experience.

What is Inspire?

Inspire is a skill-based intervention program guiding students from teacher-led instruction to independent learning as they acquire skills to support their specific areas of need. Inspire includes targeted, differentiated resources that simplify the intervention process for educators as they identify skill gaps and deliver instruction. Engaging lessons and activities expose students to critical standards-aligned skills while promoting strong learning connections and generalization across subjects.

Accelerate growth with standards-aligned intervention

  • Guide students from teacher-led instruction to independent skill mastery.
  • Empower educators and service providers to target skills within the general education standards.
  • Accelerate growth through evidence and research-based intervention.
  • Provide data-driven instruction through assessments, explicit lesson plans, and robust reporting.

A proven path from intervention to independence

Inspire begins by establishing which skills need intervention and the level of support required. Then, Inspire offers active learning approaches using a gradual release of responsibility from teacher-led instruction to guided and independent practice. Inspire offers differentiated, and standards-aligned content built upon the latest research and evidence-based practices, like Science of Reading.
